To me, customer service is about always finding the best benefit for the client I'm working with. I am passionate about assisting others and have a great attitude while doing it. I strive to educate  my customers throughout each step of the process to help them reach their goal. In a business that is always changing, I believe a positive mind and willingness to learn allow me to work as efficiently and effectively as possible.  My experience as a software support specialist allowed me to work one on one with clients walking them through any issues or obstacles they were facing, and educating them throughout the process. I will work with you during the loan process this same way.

I grew up in Hawesville, Kentucky with a twin brother, along with a younger sister and brother. Growing up playing sports, I value teamwork,  competition and having a great attitude is the best way to start each day. I graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Business Administration degree.
