Tim was born in St. Louis, MO and resides with his family in Louisville, KY.  He has been in the mortgage industry since 2004, and has held positions as Sr. Mortgage Banker, Branch Manger, and General Manager.  Tim graduated from University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and enjoys live music, baseball, Iron Tribe Fitness, and family.

Tim has a gift for identifying areas to add value to the company beyond the scope of his day to day responsibilities.  He consistently seeks out opportunities to give his time and talents to improve processes and resources for the company and the consumer.
