  Cicely Gist was also managing our loan and she was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Hanging up on us, our realtor & even the sellers realtor. Process was very disorganized and had to get management involved to get our loan closed. She forgot to schedule an inspection which caused delays with closing and information was always requested at the last minute. Lied to our realtor and told them we were being unresponsive when she was the one not returning our calls. Thankful for Mr. McDonnell as he was the only one communicating without fail.
