I don't attribute that stress or dissatisfaction to Jonathan directly. He was responsive to my questions when I called. He would call back or text quickly if I left messages. So that was a positive. But the PROCESS seemed to become more complicated and drawn out from what I was told at the beginning. And, the loan was for less than I had asked. So, for those reasons, I rated the experience OK.
