  David was great and professional Justin was the issue. He promised he would call after I signed papers and never reached out to me all week despite emails I sent him. Then he also told me my mortgage would be paid on 8/13. I closed 8/12. I got called by Mr cooper for the payment 8/14. Was told not to pay this month. I then emailed Justin and he said 8/16 it will be paid. My mortgage gives a late fee 8/17. I made this clear. Justin never called me. He sent 1 email only. He never called the title co to expedite my loan paying off before 2 pm. He emailed me that all will clear and pay mortgage and money to my acct 2-3 pm est. never came. He never contacted me by phone or email during my questioning. Very disappointing. Never wanna deal with him again I called the dashboard and I was helped by them.
