  Beatrice was great however the rest of the process was a mess in many ways. There are WAY too many people involved. I was texted, called and emailed by 3-4 different people in addition to automated messages asking for the same info and making me double check and follow up to ensure all the info was collected and shared between the different people at Amerisave. The closing process was ridiculous towards the end with me having to ask several time to see if everything was accounted for to be assured it was then to find out last minute things were not going as planned, schedules had to be adjusted, there was zero flexibility by Amerisave even though we are repeat customers (likely the last time we will be customers) — again Beatrice was great but customer service around closing was not.
